e-SoftWorld, Ltd. will mail you the reservation form. Please allow us 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

What happens after I receive the reservation form from e-SoftWorld, Ltd.?

You simply fill out the reservation form making sure all the listed requirements are met and mail it to the travel provider's reservation office within 20 days of stamped issue date (the issue date is written on the reservation form). You will receive notification in the mail from travel provider's office pre-confirming your requested dates.

Who does the travel arrangements?

The travel provider will answer any questions you have about travel arrangements and options and will make reservations for you. All phone numbers, means of contact, directions and specific information will be mailed to you, once you register your reservation form. Specific information about your accommodation is not known until your reservation is confirmed. e-SoftWorld, Ltd. is not the travel provider. It only acts as a clearing house for travel providers.

The hotels you will be staying in are constantly changing and depend on the date, destination, and availability. You select the travel dates and our travel provider will select the hotel that has occupancy during those dates.

Charges

The reservation form offers you and a guest 3 days and 2 nights hotel accommodations according to your choice in one of the 20 destination cities mentioned above. Your cost is just a fee to cover room taxes. This offer does not include food, transportation, tips, telephone calls or items of a personal nature.

How much are room taxes?

Room taxes are $23.95. You submit the payment to the travel provider when you register the reservation form. The travel provider is listed on the reservation form.

Restrictions

You and your guest must be 21 years of age or older. Register the reservation form within 20 days of its issue date. Reservation must be taken in one year. Reservation must be received by the fulfiller company at least 60 days prior to your first choice arrival date and you must provide an alternate date that is at least 45 days after your first choice date. The travel provider will make every effort to fulfill your first choice date request. Blackout dates are 7 days before, and 7 days after a holiday and are unavailable for this special offer. Myrtle Beach and Daytona Beach areas are not available from June 1st through August 31st. Holidays, weekends, and travel within 60 days require a surcharge. Check-in days are Monday through Wednesday. This offer is not valid for conventions or group travel. Only 1 reservation form may be used per family, per city in any 12 month period. This offer is based on space availability at the time of booking. This offer is subject to change at any time without notice.

What if I want to take my children with me?

If traveling with children, additional fees are $20 per night per additional child (regardless of age) and must be paid at the time you submit your arrival dates. Maximum number of people allowed per room is 4.

Cancellations / Changes

Any /all changes/cancellations made, for any reason, is/are subject to a $25 fee.
