Charges

The reservation form offers you and a guest 3 days and 2 nights hotel accommodations according to your choice in one of the 23 destination cities mentioned above. Your cost is just a fee to cover room taxes. Transportation, meals and room taxes are not included.

How much are room taxes?

Room taxes are between $7-$12 per night depending on the city you choose, based on local room tax rates.

Restrictions

You must be 21 years of age or older. Reservation must be taken in one year. Reservation must be booked at least 60 days in advance. Dates near conventions and major holidays are usually blacked out and unavailable for this special offer. Holidays, weekends, and travel within 60 days require a surcharge. Check-in days are Monday through Wednesday. This offer is not valid for conventions or group travel and may not be used back-to-back. Only 1 reservation form may be used per family, per city in any 12 month period. This offer is based on space availability at the time of booking. This offer is subject to change at any time without notice.

What happens after I receive the reservation form?

You simply fill out the reservation form with your dates and mail it to the travel provider's reservation office. If you follow the simple terms and conditions and select dates 60 days in advance and not the week of a holiday, you will be confirmed.

Which hotel will I be staying in?

The hotels you will be staying in are constantly changing and depend on the date, destination, and availability. Hotels used are rated AAA or better. You select the travel dates and our travel provider will select the hotel that has occupancy during those dates. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your accommodations or your registration fee will be refunded.

Who does the travel arrangements?

The reservation form you get must be sent to the travel agent listed on it. The travel agent will answer any questions you have about travel arrangements and options and will make reservations for you. All phone numbers & means of contact will be sent to you, once you register your reservation form. Directions and specific information on your accommodations will be emailed to you when your reservation is confirmed. Specific information about your accommodation is not known until your reservation is confirmed. e-SoftWorld, Ltd. is not the travel provider. It only acts as a clearing house for travel providers.

Additional information

NO TIMESHARE or sales presentations are required! This offer does not involve any timeshare presentations, unless is offered to you by the booking agent to accommodate you if he doesn't have other space available for the date you mentioned in the reservation form.
