e-SoftWorld, Ltd. will mail you the reservation form. Please allow us 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
What happens after I receive the reservation form from e-SoftWorld, Ltd.?
You must activate the reservation form within 15 days of the stamped issue date callig a number that you will find on the reservation form.
You simply fill out the reservation form making sure all the listed requirements are met and mail it to the travel provider's reservation office.
You will receive notification in the mail from travel provider's office pre-confirming your requested dates.
Who does the travel arrangements?
The travel provider will answer any questions you have about travel arrangements and options and will make reservations for you.
All phone numbers, means of contact, directions and specific information will be mailed to you, once you register your reservation form.
Specific information about your accommodation is not known until your reservation is confirmed.
e-SoftWorld, Ltd. is not the travel provider. It only acts as a clearing house for travel providers.

This reservation form offers you and one guest 3 days and 2 nights hotel accommodations according to your choice in one of the 86 destination cities mentioned above.
You must activate the reservation form within 15 days of the stamped issue date.
Both participants must be 21 years of age or older, at least one of whom must be gainfully employed. If married you must travel together, if cohabiting both parties must have an ID with matching address.
Driver's license required for verification of age and major credit card required - no debit cards.
Arrival date must be a minimum of 30 days and maximum of 90 days from receipt of your written request.
Hotel accommodation is available 7 days a week excepting the dates near or during holidays, peak seasons, and conventions, dates that are not available on this special offer.
Not valid for conventions or any group travel.
Only one reservation form may be used per family, per city in any 12 month period.
This offer is based on space availability at the time of booking.
What if I want to take my children with me?
Up to two children under the age of 18 may stay in their parent's room for a US$5.00 per child per night charge, payable with your room guarantee.
Charges
You are responsible for room taxes and a US$50.00 refundable reservation guarantee. You submit the payment to the travel provider when you register the reservation form.
This offer does not include food, transportation, tips, telephone calls or items of a personal nature.
Can I select which hotel I will be staying in?
No, you can not select which hotel you will stay in. The travel agencies we work with are constantly working with resorts and hotels all over the country to find availability for our clients.
Availability and hotels change constantly given different vacation seasons and room allotments allocated for our clients.
The travel agencies can not confirm hotel availability until they receive the client's refundable reservation guarantee and have written confirmation from the hotel in the destination area.
Only then can the travel agencies let the client know the specific information about their accommodations.
What do I do if I want to reschedule?
You may reschedule your reservation by calling the Reservation Call Center, depending on availability, no less than 15 days prior to your arrival date.
A $25.00 reschedule charge applies. Specific hotels or resorts are not able to make any changes to any reservation.
What do I do if I want to cancel?
Should you need to cancel your reservation, the travel provider must receive a minimum of 21 days written notice prior to your arrival date delivered via certified mail only, in order to refund your reservation guarantee.
No refund of unused portions.

Reservation form is valid for one (1) year from date of issue.
This certificate may be renewed before its expiration date for US$39.95 fee.
