Free Companion Cruise

Charges

The traveler is responsible for all costs associated with booking the cruise vacation, including but not limited to the base cruise fare for one of the two passengers and port charges and taxes for both passengers. Guests are responsible for any miscellaneous expenses not included in this offer. Once reservations are confirmed, a $25.00 per person service fee will be levied for all changes or cancellations, in addition to charges levied by the cruise line, if applicable. All penalties imposed by the cruise line are dependant on factors such as the type of cruise package purchased and how many days prior to the departure date the traveler requests changes or cancellations. Such penalties may result in the forfeiture of monies paid to the cruise line or supplier. Penalties will be applied based upon the first business day that the fulfiller receives your change or cancellation request.

Restrictions

Passengers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and a major credit card. It is the traveler's responsibility to provide proper travel identification including but not limited to a birth certificate, government issued photo ID, travel visas, passport and cruise documents. Certificates can not be used in conjunction with any other coupon, promotional or discount offer. For your protection we always recommend the purchase of travel insurance.

Additional information

A travel consultant will contact you to discuss your cruise dates once you submit the registration form. Alternate cruise dates may be available directly through your travel consultant. Cruise prices are subject to change without notice. The cruise dates available for this program are year round. It is important that you do not make any additional travel arrangements until you have received written confirmation of your cruise.

Who does the travel arrangements?

The certificate you get must be sent to the travel agent listed on it. The travel agent will answer any questions you have about travel arrangements and options and will make reservations for you. All phone numbers & means of contact will be sent to you, once you register your certificate. Directions and specific information on your accommodations will be emailed to you when your reservation is confirmed. Specific information about your accommodation is not known until your reservation is confirmed. e-SoftWorld, Ltd. is not the travel provider. It only acts as a clearing house for travel providers.
