Charges

The certificate entitles one person to a complimentary airline ticket when the second person purchases a ticket. Travel must be by both passengers traveling together on the same itinerary, dates and airline. The free airline ticket refers to the base ticket price only exclusive of all airline taxes and fees. Both passengers are responsible to pay for all expenses including, but not limited to: airline and government taxes and fees, travel agent booking fee, fuel surcharges, passenger facility charges, nav can, transfers, food, gratuities, and miscellaneous expenses, where applicable. Once reservations are confirmed, a $50.00 service fee will be levied for all changes, cancellations or no shows, in addition to charges levied by the airline or travel service provider, if endorsable. Some airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-endorsable. Some airline tickets may not permit any changes once booked. Each traveler is responsible to obtain all necessary travel documents for each country they visit including but not limited to a passport and travel visas.

Restrictions

Passengers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and a major credit card. Only one travel offer per household may be used in 24 months period. It is important that you do not make any travel arrangements until you have received written confirmation of your flights. Flights are eligible to and from select major international airports in Canada and the Continental United States including Hawaii. Maximum stay will be 30 days and minimum stay requirements vary by airline and destination. This offer is not valid for groups of two or more certificate holders. Certificates are non-transferable once registered and can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer.

Who does the travel arrangements?

The certificate you get must be sent to the travel agent listed on it. The travel agent will answer any questions you have about travel arrangements and options and will make reservations for you. All phone numbers & means of contact will be sent to you, once you register your certificate. Directions and specific information on your accommodations will be emailed to you when your reservation is confirmed. Specific information about your accommodation is not known until your reservation is confirmed. e-SoftWorld, Ltd. is not the travel provider. It only acts as a clearing house for travel providers.

Additional information

All promotional flight offers are subject to availability. The fulfiller reserves the right to offer an alternate departure date. All air travel requires a minimum of 60 days notice prior to your requested departure date and all travel must be complete prior to the certificate expiry date. For your protection we always recommend the purchase of travel insurance.
