e-SoftWorld, Ltd. will mail you the reservation form. Please allow us 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

What happens after I receive the reservation form from e-SoftWorld, Ltd.? What is the process?

You have to fully complete the Registration Validation Form and mail it to the address provided on the form along with a processing fee check for $4.95 within 30 days of the issue date indicated. Please allow two to three weeks to process. You will receive a Welcome Aboard Letter with your activation number, and activation date, with a phone number to call and book your vacation.

Who does the travel arrangements?

The voucher you get must be sent to the travel agent listed on it. The travel agent will answer any questions you have about travel arrangements and options and will make reservations for you. All phone numbers & means of contact will be sent to you, once you register your voucher. Directions and specific information on your accommodations will be emailed to you when your reservation is confirmed. Specific information about your accommodation is not known until your reservation is confirmed. e-SoftWorld, Ltd. is not the travel provider. It only acts as a clearing house for travel providers.

What is the cost for the cruise and flight?

Traveling guest will be required to pay NCF's (Port Charges), air taxes, government taxes, and cruise/airport/airline/agency fees that range between $139 - $179 per person for cruises departing from Miami, Los Angeles and Port Canaveral. Fuel surcharges additional if applicable. Cruises departing from alternate ports have limited availability and surcharges may apply. These fees must be paid immediately via credit card, cashier's check or money order once your request has been made and travel has been reserved. Airport transfers, gratuities, and miscellaneous expenses are not included.

Restrictions

Passengers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and a major credit card.Registrction Activation Fee of $100 is non-refundable. The offwer expires 12 months from your activation date and all travel must be completed by that date. Only one travel offer per household may be used in a 12 month period. This offer is not valid for groups and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional travel package. It is important that you don't leave for your cruise until you have received written confirmation. Offer is valid for US and Canadian residents only. United states travelers need proof of citizenship in the form of a valid passport. US resident aliens need an Alien Resident Card. Non US aliens need a valid passport and valid US Multiple Re-Entry Visa. US aliens and non US aliens must contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documents. Cancellation and change fees may apply once your reservation has been booked and confirmed.

How long do I have to use the voucher?

Once you receive your Welcome Aboard Letter with the activation date; you will have eighteen months from the activation date to take the cruise.

Does the voucher have an expiration date?

No, it does not have an expiration date.

Does the Registration Activation Form have an expiration date?

Yes, you have thirty days to read and return the Registration Activation Form with the registration fee.

What port can I depart from using the voucher?

When should I book my date for the cruise and flight?

All reservations require 90 days notice.

Yes, that way you have a better chance of getting the date you would like to cruise.

No, you can only use one voucher in per household in a 12 month period.

Galveston is a small port with limited availability.

No, the registration fee is not refundable.
