What happens once I place my order on www.marketingvouchers.com?

e-SoftWorld, Ltd. will mail you the reservation form. Please allow us 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

What happens after I receive the reservation form from e-SoftWorld, Ltd.?

First Step

The first step in the program is to fully complete the Registration Validation Form and mail it to the address provided on the form along with a processing fee check for $4.95 within 30 days of the issue date indicated.

Second Step

Upon receipt of $4.95 and your selection of one of the above vacations the fulfiller company will mail you a package that includes important information, instructions, and an activation form for the selected vacation. Please fully complete the information on the Registration Activation form and send along with a check for $100.00.

Third Step

Upon receipt of activation form and appropriate amount, the fulfiller company will send information on how you may make your reservations. A minimum of 90 days is required to process your request. All taxes and fees will be collected at the time of reservations. Surcharges may also apply. Cancellations, once reservations are confirmed and taxes and fees are paid, vary with each vacation.

Who does the travel arrangements?

The travel provider will answer any questions you have about travel arrangements and options and will make reservations for you. All phone numbers, means of contact, directions and specific information will be mailed to you, once you register your reservation form. Specific information about your accommodation is not known until your reservation is confirmed. e-SoftWorld, Ltd. is not the travel provider. It only acts as a clearing house for travel providers.

Restrictions

All travel requires a minimum of 90 days booking notice prior to your requested travel date, and must be completed within 12 months of the registration date. Check-in is on a Monday or Tuesday. Travel is not permitted for 7 days before, after or on any State, Provincial or Federal Holiday. Passengers must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license and a major credit card (MasterCard or Visa). Only one travel offer per household may be used in a twelve month period. All vacation offers are subject to availability and promotions inventory. It is important that you do not make any travel arrangements until you have received written confirmation of your vacation offer. The travel agent reserves the right to offer an alternate departure date and or destination. It is the responsability of the traveler to provide proper documentation such as Passports, Birth Certificates, Visas, Photos, IDs, etc. for International departure if necessary.

Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York City, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland OR, St. Louis, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington DC. Departures from Canada and other airports not listed are also available with possible surcharges.

• Las Vegas, Nevada: "The Entertainment Capital of the World". There's more to do here than gamble...and with more than 320 days of sunshine a year, sightseeing is a memorable experience.
• Orlando, Florida: Enjoy the magical enchantment and the beauty of the Orlando area. Visit various theme parks like Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios Florida. The choice is endless.
• Los Angeles, California: Los Angeles is the one of the few places where you can go surfing in the morning, snowboarding in the afternoon, be part of a TV show taping, or rock it on the Sunset Strip!
• Miami, Baltimore, Washington DC, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, and Ft. Lauderdale.
• Cancun or Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (surcharges will apply): If you are searching for calm, peaceful days to enjoy the sun and the sand, Cancun boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Cancun, with its beaches powdery coral sand, is the place to be!

Additional Information

The recipient is responsible to pay for all expenses including, but not limited to: transfers, food, gratuities, all pertinent fees and taxes (airport, airline, hotel and processing) and miscellaneous expenses, where applicable ($150 per person to cover air/hotel taxes + ticket service fees). Once reservations are confirmed, a $50.00 per person service fee will be levied for all changes, cancellations or no shows, in addition to charges levied by the hotel, airline or travel service provider, if applicable. For your protection, is recommended the purchase of travel insurance. Registration activation fee of $100 is non-refundable.
