e-SoftWorld, Ltd. will mail you the reservation form. Please allow us 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
What happens after I receive the reservation form from e-SoftWorld, Ltd.?
You simply fill out the reservation form making sure all the listed requirements are met and mail it to the travel provider's reservation office within 45 days of the stamped issue date (the issue date is written on the reservation form).
You will receive notification in the mail from travel provider's office pre-confirming your requested dates.
Who does the travel arrangements?
The travel provider will answer any questions you have about travel arrangements and options and will make reservations for you.
All phone numbers, means of contact, directions and specific information will be mailed to you, once you register your reservation form.
Specific information about your accommodation is not known until your reservation is confirmed.
e-SoftWorld, Ltd. is not the travel provider. It only acts as a clearing house for travel providers.

Charges
Once confirmed, you will be required to pay $25.00 per night for room taxes, housekeeping and reservation processing. This reservation form is valid for 4 nights hotel accommodations on Oahu and 3 nights hotel accommodations on Hawaii (Big Island).
This offer is designed for two adults (one of which must be at least 21 years of age). The accommodations sleep up to four people, however you will be required to pay $20.00 per day per person for the 3rd and 4th person. One adult must possess a major credit card and a valid driver’s license for identification. This offer is valid for Canadian and U.S. residents (excluding residents of Hawaii).
Restrictions
This offer does not include food, beverages, gratuities, airfare, service charges or incidental expenses. Accommodations are subject to availability.
Black-out dates are December - January, March 15 thru April 20.
Not available to Hawaii residents.
Not available for use by fund raising groups or auctions.
Users will have 18 months to use the reservation form.
To be valid, the reservation form must be redeemed within 45 days of issue date and at least 60 days prior to your first choice date. (The issue date is the date when the reservation form is mailed to you and it is written on the reservation form.)
To be valid, you must select two dates at least 45 days apart. When your reservation is confirmed, you will be mailed a written confirmation letter. Your written confirmation and two forms of identification (Drivers License and a major credit card - no debit cards) must be presented upon check-in.
Users have the option to select upgrade hotels at nightly discounted rates to accommodate more than 2 persons and must pay $20.00 per person per night for additional persons regardless of age. Users can substitute travel to the island of Maui as an upgrade option at discounted nightly rates.
Cancellations / Changes
Notice of cancellations or changes to confirmed reservations must be received at least fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your room taxes.
Additional information
These accommodation offers can be used together (back to back) or separately, as long as travel is completed within 18 months of the issue date.
