What happens after I receive the reservation form from e-SoftWorld, Ltd.?

You simply fill out the reservation form making sure all the listed requirements are met and mail it to the travel provider's reservation office. You will receive notification in the mail from travel provider's office pre-confirming your requested dates. To make your reservation, mail the reservation request form within 45 days of the issue date and at least 60 days prior to your first choice date. To be valid, you must select two dates at least 45 days apart. When your reservation is confirmed, you will be mailed a written confirmation letter. Your written confirmation and two forms of identification (driver's license and a major credit card - no debit cards) must be presented upon check-in.

Who does the travel arrangements?

The travel provider will answer any questions you have about travel arrangements and options and will make reservations for you. All phone numbers, means of contact, directions and specific information will be mailed to you, once you register your reservation form. Specific information about your accommodation is not known until your reservation is confirmed. e-SoftWorld, Ltd. is not the travel provider. It only acts as a clearing house for travel providers.

Charges

Your only cost is room taxes of $20 per night and is due when reservation is confirmed. This offer does not include food, beverages, taxes, gratuities, airfare, service charges or incidental expenses.

Restrictions

This certificate is designed for 2 adults, 21 years of age or older. The accommodations sleep up to four people, however you will be required to pay $20.00 per day per person for the 3rd and 4th person. This offer is valid for US and Canadian residents. One adult must possess a major credit card and a valid driver's license for identification. Accommodations are subject to availability. Dates near Mexican Holiday periods and during the Spring Break are not available. Blackout dates: December 15th thru January 15, March 15 thru April 20. Not valid for conventions or any group travel. Travel must be completed within 2 years of the issue date.

What if I want to cancel?

Notice of cancellations or changes to confirmed reservations must be received at least fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 14 days prior to arrival or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your room taxes.
