One week rental car

Once you receive the activation form from us you have to mail it to the fulfiller company. A refundable deposit of $75.00 in the form of money order or cashiers check only, must be included. The envelope must be postmarked no later than 21 days from the Sponsor's issue date. Upon receipt, the fulfiller company will mail you a vacation planning package which will include a reservation request form.

Restrictions

When you receive your reservation request form, please choose your travel date allowing at least 45 days before your first travel request, as well as any additional items you may require, such as upgrade to larger vehicle, child seats, GPS system, underage driver (under 25) and insurance protection. To be eligible for this offer, you must be at least 21 years of age. We cannot guarantee you can combine this certificate with any other vacation certificate. Your written confirmation and two forms of identification (driver's license, for verification of age, and a major credit card, no debit cards) must be presented at the rental company when picking up your car rental. All rentals are subject to the availability. During peak seasons, conventions, and holidays a surcharge will apply. When allotments are full, the fulfiller company reserves the right to substitute a different pickup location.

Charges

When you mail your reservation form in, you will be responsible for any reservation processing fees, transportation to and from the rental location, taxes, gasoline, Vehicle License Recovery Fee, Surcharge/Tire Fee, 10% Concession Recovery Fee, Insurance Protection Plans and peak season or holiday surcharges. The Vehicle License Recovery Fee, Surcharge/Tire Fee, 10% Concession Fee, Deposits and Taxes, as well as any additional items required must be paid to the rental car company at the time of the rental.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel or reschedule a confirmed reservation, there is a $25.00 fee which will be taken from your deposit. The fulfiller company requires a written cancellation notice 14 days prior to your pickup date in order to provide a refund. Cancellation notice must be sent by mail to the fulfiller company. If you do not show up for a confirmed reservation or cancel 72 hours prior to pickup, you will forfeit your $75.00 deposit.

Expiration

The certificate is good for 12 months from the issue date written on the reservation activation form.

Additional information

When your reservation is confirmed, a written confirmation will be mailed to you. Please note that while advance notice is recommended, correspondence is not issued until 15 to 21 days prior to your pickup date. At the completion of your rental week, you may request a refund of your deposit by mailing copies of your rental paperwork within 30 days to the fulfiller company.
