How does it work?

The brochure comes with a Special Airfare Offer that will allow the end user to receive a Free Companion Airfare Ticket with the purchase of one adult roundtrip, coach-class (the end user needs to pay $4.95 shipping & handling to get the complimentary airfare certificate) and a Special Bonus ($1,600 VIP credit voucher for 7 Night Florida / Caribbean Cruise). The Florida/Caribbean itinerary includes: 2 nights of first class accommodations at the Ramada Plaza Resort, an official "Destination Universal" affiliate hotel in exciting Orlando, Florida; 3 nights of first class accommodations at the Ramada Plaza Resort in sun splashed South Florida; 2 nights aboard either Carnival Cruise Lines or Imperial Majesty Cruise Line to Nassau, Bahamas (on board you will be pampered with fine dining, action packed casinos and Las Vegas style shows); Transportation for 7 days provided by Alamo Rent-A-Car.

Charges

When reserving your hotel accommodations, a $50.00 refundable deposit will be required for each reservation form to guarantee your room. When the reservations are confirmed, the Reservation Department will prepare and mail a written confirmation with directions and check-in times. You must return your reservation reconfirmation at least 60 days prior to the start of your vacation. Ramada Plaza Resorts, O.F.V. reserves the right to substitute hotels of equal or greater value when deemed necessary. You must reconfirm dates as requested on your reservation form. The vacation does not include: transportation, hotel taxes, service charges, Florida state sales tax, or gratuities. Destinations are subject to change based on availability. Black out dates are from December 15th to January 7th. Puerto Vallarta and Las Vegas accommodations are good for 2 adults only. A surcharge applies for 3rd and 4th travelers in the same room. Two or more vacation certificates may not be used concurrently nor consecutively. Limit one per household.

Cancellation

Cancellation of reservations: if a confirmed reservation to travel is canceled within 7 days of arrival, a $25 per person fee will be imposed. If you do not arrive on your confirmed date, it will be canceled in its entirety. Additional cancellation penalties may apply for certain upgrades. Ramada Plaza Resorts, O.F.V. pays for all hotel accommodations included in this package in advance and must forfeit deposits in the event of a cancellation as listed above.

Revisions in reservations

Revisions in reservations: in an effort to meet the needs of our clients, Ramada Plaza Resort, O.F.V. is pleased to accept any revisions to a confirmed reservation subject to the following: 1) All requests for revisions must be submitted in writing and signed. 2) A fee of $25.00 will apply for any revisions made within forty-five (45) days prior to arrival. Ramada Plaza Resorts, O.F.V. acts only as an agent for hotels, cruise lines, airlines, car rental companies, attractions and all other services supplied as part of this vacation package and will not assume any responsibility for loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property arising from or in connection with any of these services.

Restrictions

Your written confirmation and 2 forms of identification (driver license for verification of age and a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges, must be presented upon check in at hotel). Timeshare presentation may be required.

Who does the travel arrangements?

The reservation form you get must be sent to the travel agent listed on it. The travel agent will answer any questions you have about travel arrangements and options and will make reservations for you. All phone numbers & means of contact will be sent to you, once you register your reservation form. Directions and specific information on your accommodations will be emailed to you when your reservation is confirmed. Specific information about your accommodation is not known until your reservation is confirmed. e-SoftWorld, Ltd. is not the travel provider. It only acts as a clearing house for travel providers.

Additional information

Check-in only available Sunday thru Wednesday at all locations, with the Exception of Williamsburg, no check-in available Tuesday or Friday; Palm Springs no Wednesday, Thursday or Friday arrivals; San Diego, no Wednesday or Thursday arrivals; Las Vegas, no check-in available during special "Las Vegas" events; and Daytona Beach is not available during Race Weeks.
