Round Trip Airfare For Two

To begin the registration process, the Travel Agency must receive your completed validation registration form within 30 days of issue date. All travel requires a minimum of 90 days booking notice prior to your requested travel dates, and must be completed within 12-months of the registration date. Only original forms will be accepted. Incomplete forms will not be processed. Once your certificate has been registered you will receive further information and your package.

Major international airports

Major international airports may include Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York City, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, St. Louis, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington DC. If you are unsure which airport to choose, simply choose the closest airport to your home. Your travel consultant will contact you 45 to 60 days prior to your date of travel and let you know what city you may depart from.

Who does the travel arrangements?

The voucher you get must be sent to the travel agent listed on it. The travel agent will answer any questions you have about travel arrangements and options and will make reservations for you. All phone numbers & means of contact will be sent to you, once you register your voucher. Directions and specific information on your accommodations will be emailed to you when your reservation is confirmed. Specific information about your accommodation is not known until your reservation is confirmed. e-SoftWorld, Ltd. is not the travel provider. It only acts as a clearing house for travel providers.

Charges

Offer covers base fare only. The recipient is responsible to pay for all expenses including, but not limited to: transfers, food, gratuities, all pertinent fees, taxes and surcharges (airport, airline, and processing) and miscellaneous expenses where applicable. Once reservations are confirmed, a $50.00 per person Travel Agency service fee will be levied for all charges, cancellations or no shows, in addition to charges levied by the airline or travel service provider, if applicable. For your protection, the Travel Agency always recommends the purchase of travel insurance. Registration Activation Fee of $50 per ticket is non-refundable and will be applied to taxes and fees. The activation fee must be paid in the form of a U.S. Postal money order. Any other form of payment will void the offer. If the taxes and fees are less then $50.00 per ticket, the difference will be refunded after travel has been completed. Also $4.95 must be sent in order to start the registration process. Any travel request form with invalid dates or international destinations will be void the offer.

Restrictions

Travel is not permitted for 7 days before and after or on any State or Federal Holiday. There is a 4 night minimum and a 30 day maximum stay. Passengers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a copy of passenger license must be submitted with travel requests. Only one travel per household may be used in a twelve (12) month period. All vacation offers are subject to Travel Agency availability and promotions inventory. Flight schedules, airlines and participating airports are at the discretion of the Travel Agency. The Travel Agency reserve the rights to offer an alternate departures date/or destination. It is important that you do not make any travel arrangements until you have received written confirmation of your vacation. This offer is not valid for groups of two or more certificate holders. Certificates are non-transferable. This certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. No discount coupons or discounts may be used in conjunction with this offer.

I want to travel alone. Am I able to take advantage of this offer?

Yes, one person is able to travel. When you receive the Registration Activation form, check the option for one airfare. You are not able to choose the two airfare option and travel twice.

Are my children able to participate in this offer?

No, sorry, this offer is valid for adults at least 21 years of age.
