User Agreement

The Lifestyle Certificate product has no cash value. The User may only use one Lifestyle Certificate product per transaction. The Lifestyle Certificate product is fully transferable. The Lifestyle Certificate product may not be combined with other offers or promotions. The Lifestyle Certificate product is void where prohibited by law. We assume no responsibility for any verbal, written or any other possible misrepresentations made in conjunction with the Lifestyle Certificate product by any agent, sponsor or distributor. We do not provide the travel for the vacations and only act as a clearing house for travel providers. By submitting the request for reservation form / voucher / certificate, the travelers consent to be bound by all the terms and conditions as stated. The user understands the reservation form / voucher / certificate he gets must be sent to the travel agent listed on it. The travel agent will answer any questions the user has about travel arrangements and options. The travel agent will make reservations for the user. All phone numbers and means of contact will be sent to the user, once the user registers the certificate / voucher. The end user and any person that takes advantage of these offers must be 21 years of age or older in order to receive / use it. Orders can be shipped ONLY inside the United States and Canada. Please allow additional time beyond stated estimates for delivery outside of the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. and please make special note of that during the holiday season when delivery status is given.

Restrictions

Discount, Travel, Membership, Program, Club type and other items may have additional restrictions, terms and conditions and fees. www.marketingvouchers.com presents these restrictions, terms and conditions and fees on individual item pages on the website. Said conditions may vary with the actual printed item presented.

We chose PayPal as an online Processing and Delivery Fees collector due to its broad range of security measures.

Redeem

The User understands that the Lifestyle Certificate product may only be redeemed online at www.marketingvouchers.com website or, if requested by user, using our printed catalog. User may request printed catalogs by sending an $8.00 for the cost of processing and delivery for the catalog. However, User understands the online website posts a more current inventory of our products and is less likely to result in a backorder situation.

Expiration

The Lifestyle Certificate expires 6 months from the issue date.

Online Service

As a holder of a Lifestyle Certificate product, you act as you would in any online store. You can select any items we currently offer on our website. Once the Lifestyle Certificate product's termsand conditions are accepted, you can start adding items to the cart. You simply 'Add to Cart' the items you desire. To checkout with the items in your cart, you simply click 'Checkout'.

No Return Policy

There will be no return on any of our products / services and no Processing & Delivery Fees return.

Processing & Delivery Fee (P&D)

When using the website www.marketingvouchers.com to redeem the Lifestyle Certificate product, user understands a processing, product, profit and 'to your door' delivery fee (P&D) will be associated with every item. The P&D fee includes but is not limited to the costs of www.marketingvouchers.com in administering the Lifestyle Certificate product program, including but not limited to processing, product, profit, insurance, handling and delivery, overhead, computer work, freight from providers, packaging, licensing fees, marketing and customer service to user. How does it work? The user can add to the cart products in saving value up to the amount specified on the Lifestyle Certificate. The user pays ONLY P&D (Processing and Delivery) Fee on each item selected. Checkout. The exact total P&D to be paid by a User in an order will be displayed in the confirmation during checkout. At confirmation, the user has the option not to continue through final checkout based on the total P&D presented. By confirming and continuing through final checkout, it is understood that the user agrees to the checkout order total presented. Other than the checkout order total (sum of all P&D), user does not pay e-SoftWorld, Ltd. any other fee.

Processing & Delivery Fee (P&D) Forms of Payment Accepted

We are currently accepting PayPal payments, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eChecks, Money Orders and checks. Fraudulent payment information will be reported to the proper authorities.

Saving Value

Saving Value = Average Total Cost* – (Port Charges** + Taxes** + Agency Booking Fees**)
*Average Total Cost - the average cost that major travel agencies charge for similar packages
**Port Charges – when apply (eg. cruises)
**Taxes (eg. cruises, hotels, airlines) – when apply
**Agency Booking Fees – when apply (eg. condos, hotels, cruises, airlines)
